Each May the National
Classic welcomes hundreds of competitors and thousands of
spectators to a celebration of fine arms, and casual and
registered clay target competitions. In fact, the National
Classic is a 3 day festival with something to offer every
fine arms, wing-shooting and clays enthusiast.
Friday marks the
beginning of the NSSA World Vintage Skeet Championships
featuring 1920’s rules for SxS and Pump Action guns. In
addition, Preliminary events for the “NCSF Sporting Clays
Championship” and U.S. Veteran’s Open will be available
for all sporting competitors, both registered and
non-registered.
Saturday and Sunday the
Sporting Clays Championships begin in earnest. The NCSF
Sporting Championship features a 100 target course which
may be shot on either day. Re-entry by gauge or action
style is encouraged for this non-registered casual
competition event offering Lewis Class awards and prizes.
Saturday also marks the
start of the nations first ever NSCA U.S. Veterans Open,
a 200 target main event with cash payouts totaling up to
$20,000* for registered competitors. The main event
will be shot over two days with 100 targets each day.

entries limited to the first 250
shooters.
In true Game Fair
tradition, the weekend will feature world renowned makers,
vendors and fitters of the best in Game and Competition
Target guns Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The exhibition
will present a vast array of fine arms, accessories and
apparel to rival the finest shows in the country.
