The Marriott Courtyard (adjacent to the host hotel) has now reserved a block of rooms for participants. The rate is $89/ night and guests of the Courtyard can still take advantage of the shuttles and retsaurants at the the Resort:

INFORMATION FOR NON-USA RESIDENT COMPETITORS
Non-USA Citizens will need a valid passport to enter the USA.
The ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) allows the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to pre-screen foreign national visitors traveling to the US under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).
This application system that is now a part of the Visa Waiver Program makes visiting the United States an easy and simple process for visitors with a machine readable passport (e-passport).
Because of the increased security consciousness and related regulations, VWP visitors must now apply for a Travel Authorization in advance of their trip.

Non-USA Resident competitors bringing shotguns into the USA will need the following:
1. Apply for their temporary firearm importation permit, ATF form 6NIA from the ATF.

2. Obtain a personalized shoot invitation to include with your application.
Please email the club at: FITASC World 2012 Organizers to have one sent to you by return email.
*** It can take up to 6 weeks to process this form, please submit at the earliest possible date!
3. Northbrook Sports Club has made arrangements with Customs officials at O'Hare International airport to expedite incoming and outgoing shooters.
This is optional : If you supply Northbrook Sports Club with your inbound and outbound flight numbers and times, your shotgun(s) make, model and serial number, we will submit a list to Customs at O'Hare that should make your entry and departure quicker and easier. This is optional!
